    SELL ON BEHALF  TERMS OF SERVICE

      1. Pluspointautomobiles offers a secure, verified and transparent platform where cars can be traded however we are only liable for transactions made through the pluspointautomobiles offices and we don’t bear responsibility for third party transactions done outside our offices.

      2. Pluspointautomobile does not offer any sort warranty for vehicle sold on the market place. All vehicles are sold on as is where is basis. However our team will perfom inspections on all cars before listing to ensure that the vehicle on our platform conform to our mechanical and documentation standards. This checks include but are not limited to verifying vehicle documentation , taking photographs and ensuring the vehicle does not have any legal incumberance that would stop its sale.

     3.  pluspointautomobiles is responsible for collecting payments , drafting sale agreements , remitting payments to sellers and overseeing the smooth transfer of vehicles listed on our platform.

       4. The buyer is responsible for interpreting the information posted on our platform. pluspointautomobiles is not liable for losses arising from misconstruction of information posted on our platforms.

      5.  plus point automobiles reserves the final right to add or remove the vehicle from our online platforms including social media handles and our website. 

       6. Viewing and availability. Cars posted on the market place segment are not in our constant custody. Therefore, prior viewing arrangements have to be made and might be subject to last minute changes depending on vehicle location and availability of the sellers. Contact us on 0708742573 to schedule a viewing appointment before visiting us. Our office hours are 9AM – 5.30PM Monday to Saturday. We remain closed on sundays and public holidays.

      7.  In connection with using or accessing our Market place service you agree to comply with this user Agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations within the republic of Kenya.
